Sunset Beach Police asking for help to design cups

SUNSET BEACH, NC (WWAY) — The Sunset Beach Police are asking for help designing a special plastic stadium cup for new beachgoers who are not familiar with their ordinance regarding no glass on the beach.

When Code Enforcement personnel find an individual with a glass bottle, they will replace the bottle with a plastic stadium cup and ask for the glass to be removed from the beach.

Sunset Beach police are asking for help to design that plastic cup.

• Keep it family-friendly (no cuss words or inappropriate language).
• The winning slogan, chosen by the Police Department, will be printed on a brightly colored stadium cup.
