‘The Golf Barn’ holding putt putt tournament in Winnabow Friday

WINNABOW, NC (WWAY) — A putt putt tournament is taking place Friday evening in Winnabow.

The event is happening at The Golf Barn off Highway 17.

Organizers are splitting the tournament into three sections.

A Kids Group (ages 5-12) from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; a Teen Group (ages 13-17): 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.; and an Adult Group (ages 18+) 6:00 p.m. through 7:00 p.m.

The cost is ten dollars per person to take part, with prizes ($50 gift certificates or five free rounds of putt putt with two scoops of ice cream) to the top finishers being handed out at the end of the evening.
