Town of Leland invites residents to provide input for the 2030 Strategic Plan

LELAND, N.C. – The Town of Leland announces the launch of a community-wide survey to gather feedback from residents as it develops its 2030 Strategic Plan.

The survey is an important opportunity for community members to share their thoughts, ideas, and priorities, helping to shape the Town’s future.

The Strategic Plan will set priorities for the Town and help our departments align their efforts with a shared vision. It is essential that the plan reflects the values and needs of residents, and this survey provides a direct channel for community input.

“We believe a strong Strategic Plan begins with understanding the perspectives and aspirations of our residents,” Mayor Brenda Bozeman said. “This survey is an important step in ensuring we have a vision for the future of our Town. We encourage everyone to participate and have their voices heard.”

The brief, confidential survey is available online through Sept. 26.

Survey results will be used to inform the development of the Strategic Plan, which will be presented to the Town Council for review and approval later this year.
