Two Tennessee fishermen reel in massive catfish

NASHVILLE, TN (WPDE) — Two East Tennessee fishermen reeled in two catfish last week that totaled a whopping 82 pounds.

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) took a photo of the catch by members of the East Tennessee Catfish Club. One of the men, Matt Firman, caught a fish weighing 51 pounds.

Fellow angler Greg Capps reeled in one weighing 31 pounds. The men caught the fish at the Watts Bar on March 21.
