UNCW Volleyball completes comeback against Elon

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY)–UNCW Volleyball dropped the first two sets to Elon on Thursday night, but the Seahawks didn’t let it bother them. They went on to win the next two sets forcing a game five, where they came out on top 15-10 to win the match 3-2.

Madison Peters led UNCW on the offensive attack finishing the night with a team high 17 kills with a .421 hitting percentage.

The Seahawks now improve their record to (14-11, 7-8).

The win over the Phoenix gets the Lady Seahawks into the CAA tournament, which will begin next Thursday night.
