USC-Salkehatchie holds off late Brunswick CC rally

BOLIVIA, NC (WWAY)–It was an interesting start to Monday nights game between USC-Salkehatchie and Brunswick Community College. The Indians arrived to the gym five minutes after the scheduled tip due to a flat tire.

Salkehatchies didn’t let it slow down their offense as they led the Dolphins 15-14 after the end of the first quarter. Brunswick CC would never hold the lead the rest of the game as they dropped their fourth straight 62-49.

The loss drops the Dolphins overall record to now 10-8 on the year. BCC will continue their home stand on Wednesday night when they host Johnston CC in Bolivia with a 5:00 P.M. tip-off.
