Weather threat cancels Spot Festival concert
HAMPSTEAD, NC (WWAY) — The threat of bad weather is forcing some changes at the annual North Carolina Spot Festival in Hampstead.
Organizers say Friday night’s concert has been cancelled. Forecasters say several inches of rain could fall in southeastern North Carolina into Saturday.

The rest of the festival is still slated to go on as scheduled Saturday and Sunday at 14221 US 17 in Hampstead.
