Wilmington Christian Academy girls basketball team wins 2A NCCSA state title

Patriots team hoisted first state title since 2000

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) – The Cape Fear had a high school win a state championship over the weekend.

The Wilmington Christian Academy girls’ basketball team defeated Wilson Christian Academy 31-25 Saturday to secure the 2A NCCSA state title.
