Wilmington International Airport conducting live fire exercises this week

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington International Airport’s Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting team will be performing live fire exercises until Friday.

The airport says that if you spot smoke or flames near the airfield, do not worry, as it is part of the training.
