Wilmington International Airport records 16 consecutive months of growth

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Planes aren’t the only thing soaring at the Wilmington International Airport.

May was another record-breaking month for passengers at the airport.

64,363 passengers were served from ILM, marking 16 straight months of records.

“Thanks to all our amazing travelers for making this possible,” the airport said in a statement.
