Wilmington pool goes to the dogs

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Every year at the end of summer, one Wilmington pool opens its doors to some of our furry friends.

Once the city pools close for the season after Labor Day, it’s the dogs’ turn to take a dip in the Legion Stadium Pool for the pooch plunge.

The pool will go to the dogs Tuesday through Friday from 4 pm until 8 pm, next Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm and next Sunday from noon until 4 pm.

It’s $5 per dog, per day.
