Woman accused of tying plastic bag over 2-year-old daughter’s head

NORTH COLLEGE HILL, OH (WKRC) — A woman appeared in court Monday after police said she tied a plastic bag over her daughter’s head.

Twenty-five-year-old Queridea Young was arrested Sunday after she reportedly sent a picture of her 2-year-old daughter with the bag on her head to a grandmother. The text Young sent stated she tied the bag on the girl’s head and left it on for 30 minutes.

Young is charged with endangering a child with cruel punishment. She’s being held on a $25,000 bond.
