WWAY Student Athlete of the Week: Landon Lash

Topsail football player won GPA award for program and is shining on the field

HAMPSTEAD, N.C. (WWAY) – The WWAY Student Athlete of the week has burst on to the scene this football season while maintaining excellence in the classroom.

Topsail junior linebacker Landon Lash is in the top ten in the conference for tackles, despite playing one less game than those other teams.
While boasting a 4.25 G.P.A., Lash earned the award presented by the Topsail football program for having the highest grades in his class.
