After finishing the football season with a 4-7 record last season, West Brunswick High School Athletic Director John Floyd decided to go a different direction with a head coach. Friday turned out to be a windy, rainy night. Saturday was much nicer. First round playoff games were played on both nights. In Wilmington the New Hanover Wildcats knocked off the Hoggard Vikings.
