Carolinas Classic All-Star Basketball Games displays high school talent from North and South Carolina

WILMINGTON (WWAY) — Some of the best high school basketball players in the Carolina’s competed at Hoggard High School this weekend.

The 2024 Carolina’s Classic All-star Basketball Games took place at Shelia Boles Gym, featuring high school basketball players from North and South Carolina. Although there were no local players featured in the game, there were plenty of other big names that stepped on the hardwood. Isiah Evans, who will be playing at Duke next season, Bishop Boswell who is committed to Tennessee and Cam Scott who will attend Texas.

South Carolina would win the girls game 81-77, and North Carolina would win the boys 109-91. All proceeds from the event will be donated to ACCESS of Wilmington, a non-profit that helps brings sports, recreation and community to those with disabilities in the Wilmington area.
