Couple weds amid historic flooding

CHARLESTON, SC (WCIV) — Even record-setting floods can’t stop love.

A Kansas City couple who planned to wed in Charleston over the weekend were determined not to let a little water dampen their day. But the wedding almost didn’t happen. That is until a TV news crew and some locals stepped in.
