Pet Pals: High-energy, affectionate dog looking for forever home

WILMINGTON (WWAY) — This week’s Pet Pal is Tobias, a 1.5-year-old Labrador Retriever mix.

The New Hanover Humane Society says he has a playful, friendly, and affectionate nature. He has a lot of energy and would prefer an active family who can take him on long walks and adventures. He does need some more basic training.
