Whiteville awaiting funding clarity after FEMA lawsuit ruling
WHITEVILLE, NC (WWAY-TV) – North Carolina won a lawsuit against the Federal Emergency Management Agency this week. A federal judge has ordered FEMA to reinstate its BRIC disaster mitigation program.
