Temperatures remain warm throughout this week

(WWAY) — Leave the jacket at home today as temperatures will be back in the 80s this afternoon.
Subtropical high pressure will remain in charge today bringing sunshine and scattered cloudiness with pleasant highs around 80.
Very little change is expected for late week with mostly sunny skies Thursday and Friday and more nice and warm highs around or a little over 80.
Increasing rain chances are expected as we get into the Easter holiday weekend, mainly on Sunday as a cold front approaches the region.
Look for partly cloudy skies Saturday with a slight chance of an afternoon shower and highs around or a little over 80.
You may need the umbrella at times Easter Sunday, especially in the afternoon. Otherwise look for partly sunny skies with highs around 80.

Wednesday: Sunshine and scattered cloudiness. A pleasant day with a high around 80. Winds south around 10 mph.
Wednesday Night: Fair skies and continued comfortable. Low in the upper 50s to around 60.
Thursday: Mostly sunny skies. A nice and warm day with a high around 80.
Friday: Partly to mostly sunny skies with temperatures into the lower 80s.
