Weather not stopping Garden Party at Greenfield Lake

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A spokeswoman with the Garden Party at Greenfield Lake said the festivities will continue.

Lori Harris said the event, scheduled for this Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. will not be rained out. They’ve decided to provide a large tent for the guests.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Event organizers initially moved the event to another location, ArtWorks, due to the rain. They later decided to keep it at the park, just with the tent to provide shelter.
