Baseball legend Yogi Berra dead at age 90
NEW YORK (AP) — He was the Hall of Fame catcher known for a record 10 World Series championships with the New York Yankees.
Yogi Berra has died at age 90.
Dave Kaplan, the director of the Yogi Berra Museum, says the Hall of Famer died Tuesday at his home in New Jersey of natural causes.
Berra’s family issued a statement, saying “While we mourn the loss of our father, grandfather and great-grandfather, we know he is at peace with Mom.”
