More than 40 days are graduating from the Paws4People program which connects people with disabilities with a service dog.
The paws4people foundation is in it for the long run, helping to enhance the lives of people in our community by providing canine companionship. The foundation trains and certifies assistance dogs for children, veterans and active-duty military members with disabilities, and this weekend, they're kicking it up a notch by hosting a race at UNC-Wilmington.
