President Donald Trump on Saturday claimed complete vindication from a congressional memo that alleges the FBI abused its surveillance powers during the investigation into his campaign's possible Russia ties. But the memo also includes revelations that might complicate efforts by Trump and his allies to undermine special counsel Robert Mueller's inquiry.

The Young Man's Christian Association's Wilmington branch claims to have been founded in 1887, even though there are newspaper reports of a YMCA dating back to the 1870s. In March, 1872, Alexander Sprunt was elected president of the YMCA. On June 8, 1872 the YMCA was located in a hall on the 2nd floor of a brick building near Princess Street, opposite the Journal office. In October, 1873, the YMCA moved to the Masonic Hall on Market Street.

Finn to quit as principal of NHHS at end of month
