Cameron Art Museum announces winter programs

The Cameron Art Museum in Wilmington is kicking off the new year with a huge list of programming for children and adults.  The events include Martin Luther King holiday programming for kids, homeschooling help, painting classes, readings, yoga, and the return of Jazz@cam.

Firefighters contain Brunswick County fire

Columbus County schools back to normal after gun violence rumors

People in the Whiteville community say in no uncertain terms that gang activity is to blame. Whiteville City Schools Superintendent Randy Shaver admits there is gang presence on campus and is working on a plan to try and get rid of it.
