Hoggard junior leads team rebounds and hopes to become a pediatric doctor

The junior stars on the girl’s basketball team that is fresh off a state championship appearance last year and another conference championship this year, leading the Vikings in rebounds.

Fitzgerald is one of the few in the running to be the Azalea Princess as well. She says she wanted to ‘grow herself’ by putting herself out of her comfort zone and increase her confidence.
