Donna Gregory is a veteran journalist with decades of experience on the local and national level. Viewers in the Cape Fear may recognize Donna from her tenure as a news anchor/reporter at WRAL-TV and WNCN-TV in the Raleigh market. She has also worked as a reporter anchor at TV stations in Oklahoma and Illinois. She was the original news anchor on the UPN Network's flagship national magazine program, Everyday Living in the late '90s. Donna transitioned from local to network news in 2002, serving as a correspondent and fill-in anchor for NBC's TODAY, Nightly News, Dateline NBC, CNBC and MSNBC. Donna moved to Wilmington in 2012. She is active in the community, serving on the Coastal Advisory Council for Make-A-Wish Eastern NC, the Emeritus Board for North Carolina Theatre, and the STARS program at CFCC's Wilson Center. She is also very involved in New Hanover County Schools, serving as a volunteer in the classroom, media center and front desk of her children's schools. Donna is a mother of four, mother-in-law of two and dog mom to a 15-year-old mini Labradoodle. She is a motivational speaker, a professional Integrative Health Coach and an amateur musician. In her free time, Donna enjoys cooking, yoga, Pilates, reading, spending time with friends and family and writing for various publications.
